OL Philosophy:
When it comes to offensive line play, it's all about teamwork, technique, and communication. The offensive line's main goal is to protect the quarterback and create running lanes for the running back. They need to be strong, agile, and have great footwork. It's important for them to work together as a unit and be able to adjust to different defensive schemes. Communication is key, as they need to be on the same page to pick up blitzes and stunts. Overall, offensive line play requires a combination of physicality, intelligence, and cohesion!!
DL Philosophy:
Defensive line play is all about disruption and dominance. The defensive line's main objective is to put pressure on the quarterback, stop the run, and disrupt the opposing team's offense. They need to be strong, explosive, and have great technique. It's important for them to read and react quickly to the play, shed blocks, and make tackles. Defensive line play requires a combination of strength, agility, and a relentless mindset. It's all about making big plays and setting the tone for the defense!!!!
